We now have higher compression forged pistons to fit most all Harleys. From 1909 to 1929 singles and twins, as well as many other early motorcycles. They come complete with rings, wrist pin, and snap rings. They can also be cut down to lower compression if you desire.

The 74" pistons come in oversize of 3-7/16" + .015, + .025 and + .035 + .045 + .055. All rings come + .005 over piston size. Sometimes fitting is required. Recommended piston clearance is + .005 to + .008. Wrist pin size is .791.

Our 61" pistons come in sizes 3-5/16" + .015, + .025 and + .035 + .045 + .055. oversize like the 74". Rings are also + .005 over piston size. Wrist pin size is .625 and .791. Our early single pistons are also 3-5/16" + .015, + .025, + .035 and + .045 + .055 oversize. All rings must be fitted. Wrist pin size is .630.

Custom orders for pistons are welcome. The price of each piston is $125.00 each - includes rings, wrist pin and snap rings. Prices on custom pistons may vary.

Compression Ratio on 61" + 74" Pistons is 6:1 (Stock is 4.5:1)
